One-Stop Transformer Services
Chengdu Shuangxing Transformer Co., Ltd. is a state-designated manufacturer of power transformers and one of Sichuan Province's leading transformer production facilities. The company occupies a site spanning 85,000 square meters, with factory buildings covering 38,000 square meters. It enjoys convenient transportation links and boasts a beautifully landscaped environment. Currently, the company employs 300 people, including 150 highly skilled engineering and technical professionals.
We primarily manufacture power transformers with voltage ratings of 220kV and capacities up to 420,000 kVA, along with specialized electric furnaces, rectifier transformers, amorphous alloy transformers, dry-type transformers, and packaged transformers for wind power and photovoltaic applications. All transformer models—ranging from 10kV, 35kV, 110kV, to 220kV—are rigorously tested and certified by the national appraisal process and the Transformer Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. Notably, our 220kV combined high-altitude transformer has successfully passed the short-circuit withstand capability test, placing it among the leaders in China. Additionally, our shell-type electric furnace transformers benefit from a highly experienced domestic technical team and boast an impressive track record of operational success. Both product lines have reached advanced domestic standards.
